Output Specifications

Scientext™ Ltd: Output Specifications are detailed descriptions of the functions that a new facility must be capable of performing, usually split into building functions and service functions (construction outcomes). Once the outputs are decided, the respondent’s task is to determine the inputs required, including infrastructure and skills, to achieve the specified outputs. Experienced developing output specifications for Design-Build and Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) projects, Scientext™ can work with the buyer’s team to transfer risk, describe outcomes and specify outputs.
